In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "abu88" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the abu88 online gaming and betting platform accessible at abu88.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the abu88 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created through the abu88 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a player's abu88 account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or free bet credits granted to a player's account by abu88.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times bonus funds must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" refers collectively to all sports betting, live casino, slot games, card games, and any other gaming or wagering products accessible through abu88.io.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the abu88 platform for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.

By accessing the abu88 platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by abu88, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions or games.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions. abu88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The abu88 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or registering an account for the benefit of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of abu88, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion programme applicable to your account.

abu88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age, identity, and residential address at any time. Such documentation may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the previous three months. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by abu88 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on abu88. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, device identifier, or IP address — is strictly prohibited.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your account details promptly if any information changes. abu88 accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

4.1 Account Verification (KYC)

abu88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players will be required to complete identity verification before making their first withdrawal. Additionally, abu88 may request KYC documentation at any point during the player lifecycle, including at the time of registration, following an unusually large deposit, or when a withdrawal request exceeds certain thresholds.

4.2 Account Closure

Players wishing to close their account permanently may do so by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. abu88 strongly recommends selecting a strong, unique password that is not used for any other service or application.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or transfer your account to another individual under any circumstances. abu88 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abu88 support immediately at [email protected]. abu88 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into any suspected security breach.

abu88 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and abu88 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

All payment accounts, mobile wallets, and bank accounts used for deposits on abu88 must be registered in the player's own legal name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be returned and may trigger an account review.

6.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page within your account. Deposits that fall below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account balance and will be returned.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's abu88 account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing institution. abu88 does not accept liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

6.3 Deposit Responsibility

Players are responsible for ensuring that the deposit details entered are accurate. abu88 cannot reverse or redirect a deposit once it has been initiated to an incorrect reference or account. Any transaction fees charged by the player's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a verified payment method in the player's own name. abu88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before any withdrawal request is approved, the player must have satisfactorily completed the KYC verification process described in Section 4.1. Withdrawal requests made by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

abu88 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. Once processed by abu88, the time taken for funds to appear in the player's account is subject to the player's payment provider's processing schedule.

7.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Winnings

Winnings generated from bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. The withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is further subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the relevant bonus terms. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

abu88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that offer.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• abu88 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to [email protected] and will be removed from the account. Any winnings accrued from an erroneously credited bonus may be voided.
• Wagering on certain game types (such as live dealer baccarat, roulette, or specific slot titles) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.

8.2 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the player's account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

All bets and wagers placed on abu88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

9.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data provider used by abu88. In the case of any dispute regarding the result of an event, abu88's determination shall be final. abu88 reserves the right to delay settlement of bets while any result remains subject to official review or appeal.

9.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment, obvious pricing errors on odds, technical errors that materially affected the bet placement process, or where the outcome of the relevant event was determined to have been corrupted or manipulated.

9.3 Maximum Winnings

abu88 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual bets, events, markets, or game sessions. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be displayed at the point of bet placement or within the relevant game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the abu88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registering or operating more than one account on abu88.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonus offers, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider trading in relation to betting markets on abu88.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an abu88 account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using abu88 for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in a manner that provides an unintended financial advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abu88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the abu88 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the platform; reverse-engineer any game software; create derivative works based on abu88 content; or use the abu88 brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, abu88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

abu88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game or betting market will be accessible at any given moment. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside abu88's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability.

Where abu88's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

abu88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, abu88 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the abu88 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.2.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which abu88 is registered as an offshore operator. In the event of any dispute arising between a player and abu88, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the abu88 support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of being raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. Players retain the right to pursue available legal remedies in their own jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws so provide.
